“NEW ERA: ONENESS” MALAYSIA GATHERING (KUCHING)
MAY 23-25, 2019
From the beginning of the Malaysia Gathering, the Lord impressed a phrase deeply on the hearts of the family:
“EXPECT ME”
Beyond the breakthroughs and miracles He has accomplished for our nation, Jesus was beckoning us to long for His Presence. Like the two disciples on their way to Emmaus who urged strongly for Jesus to stay after He had finished interpreting the Scriptures to them (Luke 24), our hearts were stricken to look beyond the manifestations of His Presence, to pursue relentlessly for the Person we long to have fellowship with.
In this “New Era: Oneness” Gathering, the hearts of the people groups of Malaysia and the nations who came to stand with us were melted into ONE in His glorious Presence. Our hearts were expanded to honour and release one another in a greater measure. This included the release of our smallest Aboriginal group in the land, the Orang Asli people. The Malaysian-Chinese were also propelled into new heights, following a breakthrough in their sense of identity in a strategic meeting that took place before the Gathering. Beyond recognizing their identity, they have stepped into a place of ownership in their unique calling as Malaysians carrying the Chinese bloodline.
In this “New Era”, there was a sense that the Lord was giving us new shoes to walk in. New shoes may be uncomfortable to break in at first, but they represent our deep commitment to walk the journey ahead of us. We are in for the long haul. As our hearts have been melded into one, we have entered into a new level of walking together with our people groups, and among the generations. Through this oneness of spirit, a deep corporate yieldedness and surrender was evident in our midst. Flooded by the waves of His Presence and His longing for oneness in the Body, we vowed to give it all for the dream of His heart. We will waste it all that He would have all that He had wanted from the start.*
The Gathering ended with a powerful release of faith, followed by a deep roar that shook the ground and literally caused the circuits to go out. We were beckoned into His Presence, feasted at His table, and released into the unique callings of our people groups. As ONE Body in Malaysia, we offer ourselves and say YES to the fulfillment of our destiny in the land and among the nations.

OVERSEAS CHINESE HOMECOMING (AUSTIN, TEXAS, U.S.A)

In the Bible, the 70th year is a fullness of time, a critical year marking the end of a generational cycle and the beginning of a new one.
First, it has been 70 years since the establishment of the State of Israel, a time of fulfilment of many prophecies. The Global church cannot exclude itself from God’s work in Israel, and neither can the Chinese church. Then, 2019 is the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, so overseas Chinese must not miss this critical time of redemption and restoration. God has chosen the Chinese to stand in their place at this time and He is granting them unprecedented oneness. Seeing the Chinese in Asia rise up has also awakened the Overseas Chinese. Like Queen Esther in diaspora who was spurred and awakened by her kinsmen Mordecai, we the Chinese in North America and the nations are rising up to stand in our place and align with God’s end-time purpose and His destiny for the Chinese.
In this fullness of time, God prompted us to call a gathering of Overseas Chinese in Austin, Texas, USA, to further continue and expand His work from the Esther Arise Gathering in 2017 Nov 11.
So we came from the four corners of the globe, eager to be together because we are family! Eager to satisfy our Father’s heart and encounter Him!
