The Cluster Covenant - Isaiah 65:8 tells us that the "new wine is in the cluster". The vision for a corporate leadership takes an important step in fulfillment with the seed of new team being formed in Ottawa. The cluster entered into a special covenant of commitment during the Ottawa Gathering.
